Originally built in 1711 and expanded in the early 1800s, Hoskins Farm is a rare gem—a fully restored historic farmhouse set on over two acres of manicured gardens, overlooking a 20-acre conservation preserve. Every board and beam tells the story of early American craftsmanship, carefully brought back to life with modern luxury in mind.

  • The first floor includes the original kitchen, a bedroom, a large mudroom, a study with powder room, a living room, a breakfast room, a music room which has been turned into a library and game room, and a large family room.

  • The upper level includes 3 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, two with Waterworks clawfoot soaking bathtubs. All shower fixtures are Waterworks and all floor and shower tile is high grade marble. Original wide wood planks throughout, and exposed beams retain the character of the original home.
